Accessibilty Statement

Supervision Assist, LLC is committed to making web content accessible to people with disabilities.

Last updated 04/28/2023

Supervision Assist is currently in the process of updating and improving the Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on Version 2.4 of the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). A self-audit for accessibility was completed to assess the conformance level of Supervision Assist at WCAG 2.1 level AA and Section 508 standards. Areas of improvement have been identified and are in active development. This process is a top priority and is estimated to be completed by Q3 2023. These results will be independently audited by a qualified third-party vendor and included on this page.

Our designers and developers continue to learn more about accessibility standards and are working hard to carefully design new features from an accessibility perspective.  If you have any questions or concerns about web accessibility, please reach out to your Customer Support Specialist or our support line at [email protected] to report any issues. Issues reported regarding accessibility will be given priority status in our development.

The Supervision Assist team is committed to the following principles.

Following Accessibility Best Practices

  • All new features are carefully designed from an accessibility perspective during development and thoroughly tested with assistive technologies.

  • Reported accessibility concerns are prioritized and added to next available update.

  • WebAIM accessibility training is provided to developers.
