Accessibilty Statement

Supervision Assist, LLC is committed to making web content accessible to people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We work to improve the accessibility of Supervision Assist and to align the platform with recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our current Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on VPAT® Version 2.5, reflects an initial self-assessment of Supervision Assist v3.4.11. This review was informed by product knowledge, assistive technology testing, developer review, and third-party scanning tools, including axe DevTools and WAVE.

Current Status

As of March 19, 2026, many areas of Supervision Assist support WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements. The current ACR also identifies some areas that only partially support the standard or require additional evaluation and remediation, including certain mobile portrait experiences, non-text contrast, focus visibility in limited interactions, target sizing confirmation, some error messaging, and status message review. We have already completed several accessibility improvements, and additional third-party audit work and remediation are planned for Q4 2026.
